Privacy note

Short, because there is little to describe. This page covers the public site at oxylens.com, and specifically the request form.

What we collect

Only what you type into the request form: your name, email address, company, what you trade or source, and an optional message. We also store the page you came from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, plus the time of submission.

Nothing else. The public site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no third-party resources.

What we use it for

To answer your request for access or your question. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share contact details with anyone.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in an OxyLens database on Cloudflare infrastructure, kept separate from the application's own data. Email sent to hello@oxylens.com is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the owner's mailbox.

Requests to the site are handled by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while it is useful for the conversation it started, and delete it when you ask.

Getting it deleted, or seeing what we hold

Email hello@oxylens.com from the address you submitted, and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do it and confirm.

The private application

The OxyLens application at app.oxylens.com is password-protected and separate from this site. Nothing submitted here is published on the public site, and no application data is published here.
