Purchase agreement
Choose Business or Individual and your billing country. Business representatives confirm authority; VAT is optional where relevant. Individuals use personal billing details without a business declaration or VAT requirement. Accept the versioned Terms and offer, and acknowledge the Privacy notice. Individuals separately request immediate commencement with the wording in the Terms; starting access does not remove statutory withdrawal rights.
€120/month plus applicable tax, renewing monthly. Cancel renewal in the portal before renewal; no voluntary changed-mind, satisfaction or unused-period refund. Mandatory rights and billing/service corrections remain available. A consumer withdrawal function is separate from period-end cancellation.
Payment and access
Full begins after payment is confirmed and the agreed contract information is sent to your account email. If confirmation is pending, check access again or contact us. Cancelled/unpaid Checkout keeps Preview; a cancellation return does not prove that no charge occurred.
Failed renewal: open the billing portal to update payment details. Access follows the stated grace policy. Ended access: contact OxyLens to arrange renewed access to the same workspace. Cancellation or suspension does not delete notes.
